Earth Class Mail & the Better Business Bureau

I have yet to contact the Better Business Bureau about Earth Class Mail's offensive price hike, but one commenter to this blog suggested doing so via this link:

I'd be curious to hear if any Earth Class Mail users have contacted the BBB about Earth Class Mail's reprehensible actions, and what transpired when they did. Perhaps it is an avenue for those of us who have been wronged by Earth Class Mail to pursue...

  1. You also may want to check out a copy of the Consumer Action Handbook:

  2. With this massive price increase ECM must be raking in the money hand over fist. What greed! I hope a lot of customers are leaving. Some posters have mentioned that they must be losing money which prompted the price increase but I find that hard to believe. It is a fixed cost business and they hire homeless vets at a minimum wage to open and scan mail. Once they recover their computer and software and other fixed costs, it's all gravy. Plus the FedEx kickbacks. Their profit margin must be 50%+. I hope they experience a mass exodus of customers.
